Since the IWA's launch in 1985, the only way to remove draws from a wrestler's record has been to request that we reset all their stats simultaneously, but as a special signing bonus for Stablecade during this, our 40th year in existence, all who choose to compete will have up to 40 ties permanently stricken from their records! Other good reasons to join are the generous prize money -- $100,000 will be awarded to each member of the winning group -- gaining an impressive item to add to your grappler's resume, and those sweet, sweet bragging rights for an entire year.
If you'd like your wrestler to take part in this historic event, fill out the entry form that accompanied your bulletin this cycle and mail it in with your matches and strategies for the upcoming February cycle, which begins on the 10th. You may, instead, download the PDF version from the Results page of our website, or simply email us the necessary information. Remember that your group must enter at least five members, and wrestlers without stable initials will band together as one big "Free agents" faction.
Whether you attend the festivities as competitor or spectator, don't bother dressing up, because ties are not welcome!
Next, I'd like to take a moment to give a shout-out to manager Terrence Boyd, who is the only player to hold the World title so far this year (bringing his career total to seven). His other 2025 majors already include the Bronze and Jade Federation straps, two Elite Championships, the King of the Ring crown, and the International title. If anyone was wondering why the well-deserved designation "IWA Legend" appears in front of his name, now they know.
Finally, all players in the Lovely Ladies League can sign an extra 10 matches for free next cycle! Fellow manager Steven J. Deane kept the Ladies' World title in the LLL, which earned them the bonus suggested to us by manager Tommy Christopher in the Summer 2022 tour. The LLL was the first to gain the special honor (July 2022, immediately after its inception), and the only other times it's been won were by the Black Widow League in the Dog Days 2022 cycle and the Femme Fatale League in the May 2023 tour. Nicely done, Steven!
