Tigre debuted in the QPL in August of 1998 and won the IWA-wide Central regional title the very next cycle. The sky seemed to be the limit in more than one way for the high-flying youngster. However, his aerial tactics resulted in a serious back injury which appeared to prematurely end his promising career. After five grueling years of therapy, he returned to the sport he loved with a more grounded repertoire of moves, and again found success, winning both a Bronze Federation title and an IWA-wide Dixie regional title in 2013. As he leaves the ring, Tigre will reportedly fly again, this time as a commercial pilot in his home country of Mexico -- without his tiger mask, of course.
