HALL OF FAME INDUCTEES

The managerial team of Gary Cassibry, Sr. and Blake Morgan (both from Mississippi) announce the retirement of their tag-team wrestlers, Palooka Jones and the Brat. Palooka finishes his career with a record of 1,241 wins, 529 losses, 4 draws, and $1,404,200 in earnings. He began his career in the Wild America League in May of 2005, and now ends in the Extreme Existence League. The Brat ends his time in the ring with a record of 1,336-522-1 and $1,618,700 in the bank. He also started out in the WAL, in the Summer cycle of 2005, and ends his career in the EEL. They are the first tag-team from Gary and Blake to be inducted into the IWA Hall of Fame at the same time, and they join the pair's other tag partners, Jerry Bob Landry and the Bald-Headed Boogie Man from Wig-Wam, in our prestigious Hall!

Also retiring this cycle is WCW: Baddest American Biker John 13th USA (NWO) of the BRL! Under the guidance of North Carolina's own David C. Welker, he amassed a record of 1,006-764-68, with $3,142,800 in imaginary money and 20 stars. David will receive an engraved plaque to commemorate this occasion!

Our final retirees this time are known as The Mighty Bloodblades of Legend and Force! They made many friends -- and quite a few enemies -- during their 13 years in the ring. Leaving some big shoes to fill in the PML, Kael Bloodblade hangs it up with a record of 2,498-674-156, $6,244,500 in his account, and an incredible 36 cycles of 495 or better. Aeneas Bloodblade calls it quits with stats of 2,471-742-127, $6,367,400 in earnings, and 22 stars. Aeneas had a few more individual achievements than his partner -- winning the Diamond Federation title in the Dog Days cycle of 2000, finishing a very close second in the exciting, final moments of the Imagimania XVII Pay-Per-View, taking the Southern IWA-wide regional belt in July of 2002, and bringing home the Asiatic title in September of 2007 -- but never lost sight of the fact that he was at his best when wrestling alongside Kael. Congratulations are in order for their manager, Steven Bradshaw of Florida, who will soon have two plaques by which to remember these legends of the squared circle.

WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION

After becoming our very first Cruiserweight Champion a mere four cycles ago, ROA: Silent Assassin (TCL) fought his way through the ranks of the Bronze Federation, and finally used his 499-point strategy to win this $300,000 title for manager Eva M. Cote of Maine! Eva can now choose either 100 free matches or a real wrestling belt and 50 free matches. This wrestler is definitely one to watch!

U.S. CHAMPION

This $60,000 purse went home with COT/LA: "The Next Generation" Devon Coleman Jr. (IGL), who pinned RWS: "Double J" James Johnson (CFL) to finally win the prize! Both wrestlers had 499 points. Since his grappler came out on top, Larry Tierney of Ohio gets to decide between an engraved plaque and 25 free matches!

KING OF THE RING

By adding up the values of hold positions 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 11, 12, and 14 in each battle royal winner's strategy, we were able to determine the winner of this title. Sly Johnson of Kentucky coached LPPF: "Too Pretty" Johnny Paradise (NFL) to a 277 total, so he will receive either an engraved plaque or 25 free matches! The regular league battle royals used hold positions 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 13, and 15.

ASIATIC CHAMPION

The $25,000 prize that accompanies this title was awarded to LAWLESS/KOC: Violator (CFL)! His 499-point strategy enabled him to defeat our other Asiatic league champions. His manager, Anthony Adams of Illinois, wins 10 free (and well deserved) matches!

HARDCORE CHAMPION

"Pure Evil" Craig Peton of New Jersey told UKA: "The Apocalypse" Craig McQuaide (GRL) to show his opposition no mercy, and that instruction earned him 10 free matches! McQuaide's strategy total was an unstoppable 499.

CRUISERWEIGHT CHAMPION

After defeating "Gross Misconduct" Steve Hanson (FSL), APA: The Detective (MSL), and XXX: Mr. ShowOff (FIL) with the help of his special finisher, "The Riddle Box," MCM: "The Human Cartoon" Madcap (ZPL) earned $25,000 in imaginary money. His manager, Randall Reedy of Michigan, wins 10 free matches!

FEDERATION PLAY-OFFS

ACE: "Russian Revolution" S.V. Zhitnik (CSL) brought home the Iron Federation honors for Bob Dippy of Pennsylvania. In the Steel Federation, Zach Gargus of Parts Unknown led E$T: Carlos Colon (CCL) to point flow victory over Cruiserweight Champion MCM: "The Human Cartoon" Madcap (ZPL), CTI: A Darrell for the Gold (OSL), CTI: Mike the One-Armed Man (LSL), WWW: Texas Road Warrior Hawkeye (APL), ACE: Carolina Crusher (WPL), and ILL: Spark Plug (DIL). "Gross Misconduct" Steve Hanson (FSL) picked up $40,000 in imaginary earnings by conquering all other Gold Federation league champions. His manager, Steve Rigby of Canada, receives 25 free matches! The battle for the Diamond Federation saw CTI: "The Funnyman" David Della Rocco (NSL), CTI/RAW: The Number 2 King (RCL), CTI/PAIN: Hardcore Johnny Awesome (ECL), and EDGE: Trailer Park Boy J-Rock (LOL) fall by the wayside, as ACE: Mississippi Marauder (LBL) helped Michael Eaves of Mississippi to his 14th career Diamond title! Before trading up to the World prize, Eva M. Cote's Silent Assassin had to use point flow against Hardcore Champion UKA: "The Apocalypse" Craig McQuaide (GRL), Asiatic Champion LAWLESS/KOC: Violator (CFL), Dan the Man (BWL), DX: "Mr. Chyna" Tony Laurer (OTL), and RWS: Buzzsaw McGraw (IGL) in order to be declared champion of the Bronze Federation. Each wrestler had 499 points. CTI: Sydney Texas Ranger (LWL) went home with the Jade strap after a long struggle against COT: Sgt. Stan Carlson (JIL). Sydney is managed by Darrell Brewer of Alabama!

NATIONAL CHAMPION, IWA-WIDE REGIONALS

Anthony Dudick of New York won his choice of an engraved plaque or 25 free matches by coaching CTI: "The Irish Vigilante" Connor MacManus (NSL) first to victory in the Mountain region play-offs, then to the National title! His strategy was worth a perfect 501 points. The other regions went to...

Atlantic: The Unpredictable Johnson Rodz (MRL)
under contract to Michael Long of Michigan; had to use point flow against UKA: The Death Dealer (GRL), RWS: Maniac Mike Hunter (IGL), VU/WWW: Alexander Ripp (CFL), and RWS/MEL: Samoan Saki (MEL), all with 499
Central: "Quick Draw" Rich McGraw (MRL)
also managed by Michael Long; edged out LAWLESS/KOC: Rex Richards (GRL) and RWS: The New Sheik (CFL), all with 499
Dixie: UKA: The Abomination of Man (GRL)
led to 499 points by "Pure Evil" Craig Peton of New Jersey

coached to victory over ILL: Masked Terror #2 (PPL), ACE: Lover Boy Lee Marshall (APL), CC: Texan Crippler (ZPL), and Messenger of Death (LBL) by Jen "Warlock" Bialecki of Wisconsin
Southern: Billy Bob Anderson (CFL)
kept this title in "StableKing" Eric Sickler of Virginia's possession; had a 499
Western: EDGE: Trailer Park Boy Ricky (LOL)
managed by Jeff Annable of Canada

LADIES' TITLES

Eric Lindsay of Pennsylvania gained his choice of an engraved plaque or 15 free matches by leading TV: "European Knockout" Nadine Jansen (FFL) to the Ladies' World Championship! She edged out ACE: Allison Danger (VVL). Eric also claimed the $20,000 Ladies' U.S. title, thanks to TV: "The Voluptuous One" Eden Mor (FFL). Nice going! Paul C. Low of Maryland aided S4C: Daisy Mae Klumpett (FFL) on her quest for the Queen of the Ring crown. The Ladies' National title remained in the possession of the Notorious ACEhole for a third consecutive cycle! This time he won it when his ACE: Bull Nakano (FFL) defeated his Akira Hokuto by point flow. The pair quickly made up, and went after the Ladies' Tag-team belts, eventually taking them with a 516 total. Finally, they added Malia Hosaka to the team and picked up the U.S. Six-woman accolades! Most impressive. Keith A. Maple of Ohio managed CTI: Gothic Angels #2 and #3 (LLL) all the way to the Ladies' U.S. tag straps. They had to edge past the team of ACE: Lacey and Allison Danger (VVL). The World Six-woman champions were CB: "Perfect Ten" Jen Carfagno, Christi "Got It All" Paul, and Rudi "Baby Got" Bakhtiar (FFL). Manager W.P. Mills of Wisconsin supplied their 521-point team strategy.
