If you're thinking the BOWL stable members managed by John Woodford will continue to prove they deserve their reputations for hogging the top spots in our contests, you'll be relieved to learn that many of them have just retired. Also entering our Hall of Fame this cycle is CM Punk. There were 50 times during his career that manager Michael Drake armed him with a strategy worth at least 495 points. With a nod to Imagimania's "Dirty Dozen," Punk's retirement makes him only the 12th wrestler to qualify for our Hall based solely on that achievement since I approved manager John Davis's suggestion back in April 2019. Half of them have been under contract to Drake!
Manager "The Game" picked up his 11th career U.S. title this cycle, as well as his 39th National accolade. Add in his World Championships, and he's racked up an incredible 60 "big three" titles -- and counting! As the cool kids would say, "Username checks out."
