HALL OF FAME INDUCTEES -- engraved plaque

W.P. Mills of Wisconsin

DoW: The Filipino Flash Falua (LOL) 1,010-101-15, $1,759,600 *17
While spending time in the U.S. studying to be a physician, Falua moonlighted as an IWA wrestler to pay his tuition and living expenses. Using his feared finisher, The Manila Folder, he won an IWA-wide Prairie title, among other accomplishments. With his studies now complete, he is returning to the Philippines to open a medical clinic.

David Garrett of California

Ethereal Guardian (CWL) 1,180-306-65, $3,092,000 *22
"Ethereal Guardian is a character who's had a four-year career in the IWA. He started off in the Gold Federation's BBL, and ended in the Gold's CWL. His career highlights include a share of the IWA U.S. Six-man titles, three IWAR World Championships, as well as a lengthy reign as the CWL's Continental Champion. He won the 2015 second annual Johnny B Cup, and claimed league titles in both the BBL and CWL.

"The wrestler is an angelic warrior of the 'seraphim's eleventh legion,' sent to the IWA ring to purge bloodthirsty souls. He was known for quoting Bible verses, and was a devout babyface, even winning player-voted in-league awards, such as most popular and most inspirational. The story-based CWL really allowed the Ethereal Guardian character to almost transcend the imaginary.

"I have played this game on and off for years since being a youngster. Ethereal Guardian is surely the pinnacle of my creative abilities when it comes to developing an imaginary wrestler. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who had involvement with the Ethereal Guardian wrestling character, whether friend, foe, or fan."

World Champion

BLOOD: Arson (GRL)
"Dr. Pain" Mark Duchaine of Vermont; manager retained title; 501; $300,000 + 100 free matches or a real wrestling belt & 50 free matches

The familiar sounds of "Supremacy" by Muse explode over the P.A. system as Arson and Inferno walk out to a huge pop. Arson is holding the IWA World title, the Metropolitan title, the Hardcore title, and the Bronze Federation gold, while Inferno proudly wears the U.S. title belt. What a mega-cycle for the Megabrain!

Arson grabs a microphone: "Welcome to IWA hell, for any of you foolish enough to feud with BLOOD and Doctor Pain. It feels great to win back-to-back World titles for the greatest stable in the IWA today! You can all sit back, enjoy the ride, and be jealous.

"Last cycle, we spoke about recruiting, and that we are. What we are looking for isn't some mute with an army; we are looking for people who play the game right: the old school way. For those of you who want to join, show up in the XPL, MWL, BRL, NAL, GRL, or PKL, and prove you belong.

"BLOOD is the new law in this game, so please refrain from getting in our way, or you will have to be punished -- and trust me, we enjoy dishing out punishment.

"There's not much left to say. Our domination says it all!" (He throws down the microphone, and pyrotechnics explode as BLOOD celebrates.)
