Many dignitaries are seen in attendance. The lights go out, and the song "Raining Blood" by Slayer blares over the P.A. system as local LWL superstar "Happy" Ralphie Bloodthirst bursts from behind the curtain to the adulation of his hometown crowd. Ralphie slowly walks down the aisle toward the ring where a podium is set up and IWA President Johnny B waits, sitting at a table with the IWA World Championship belt. The crowd chants Ralphie's name, and kids can be seen in the crowd with their replica Ralphie foam cheese graters as he finally enters the ring and shakes the president's hand. Also at the table are the members of the LWL's Authority. Johnny B straps the belt around Ralphie's waist, and the crowd erupts. He shakes the president's hand again and steps to the podium to begin speaking:

(Grinning as the crowd continues chanting his name) "Whoever it was that said championships didn't matter -- wait a minute..." (Holding his hand to his head as if it were a gun) "Seriously, I'm very gracious for this. I've been grinding pretty hard lately. The 31 staples I received after the Mount Bloodmore match with my turncoat brother just came out a couple of days ago. Still, the tenderness of my hairline is a constant reminder of that war. The hair is even growing back where they shaved off part of my dreadlocks.
